Summary:

I tried to pull information from Active Directory, but it did not return all accounts on our subdomain. Is there a limit of how many accounts are pulled into the list box when reading AD?

 

Solution:

Yes, the number of objects listed in the Directory Port Wizard is limited to a number specified in the SecureAccessMaxRecordsForImportPreview element found in the CatalogManager.exe.config file. This value is 1000 by default and you can increase it if necessary.
