Activities

Open a table in Datasheet view. Use the techniques that you have learned in this hour to navigate around the datasheet. Practice modifying the table data and undoing your changes. Practice adding and deleting records. Find records that meet specific criteria. Then practice replacing data that meets specific criteria. Use the Filter by Selection tool to view just data that meets specific criteria. Remove the filter. Finally, practice modifying the appearance of the datasheet. Change the appearance of the text. Change the column widths and the row height, and then practice freezing and hiding columns.
