EA_OnPreDeleteConnector notifies Add-Ins that a connector is to be deleted from the model. It enables Add-Ins to permit or deny the deletion of the connector

Return Value
Return True to enable the deletion of the connector from the model. Return False to disenable the deletion of the connector.
Details
This event occurs when a user attempts to permanently delete a connector on a diagram. The notification is provided immediately before the connector is deleted, so that the Add-In can disenable the deletion of the connector.
