EA_OnPreDeletePackage notifies Add-Ins that a package is to be deleted from the model. It enables Add-Ins to permit or deny the deletion of the package

Return Value
Return True to enable the deletion of the package from the model. Return False to disenable the deletion of the package.
Details
This event occurs when a user attempts to permanently delete a package from the Project Browser window. The notification is provided immediately before the package is deleted, so that the Add-In can disenable the deletion of the package.
