The Case Study Status
Eager to begin the design phase, the EAB Healthcare development team, using its prioritization plan, starts with the design of the high-priority use cases for the Comply with Regulations business use case: Establish Minimum Data Set (MDS), Maintain MDS, and Transmit MDS. Recall that these are key since the MDSs are the centerpiece documents around which compliance revolves. However, we will see that in their haste to 揼et it done,?the team members' previous lightweight treatment of certain areas will come back to haunt them.
