This attribute designates that a static field should not be shared between contexts. Each context accesses a separate copy of this field and is able to set and retrieve values without accidentally overwriting data set by another context. Just as thread-local storage is used to store data in a per-thread fashion, this is used to store static data in a per-context fashion.
