Assemblies

As I mentioned in this chapter's introduction, assemblies are one of the most essential things that must be learned by everyone who plans on writing any code using the .NET Framework SDK. It doesn't make any difference whether you're planning to create web, Windows, console, or service applications; a thorough understanding of the assembly is essential to the success of any project.
