CCommandLineInfo::m_bShowSplash

说明：
指明是否显示飞溅型的屏幕。如果为TRUE，则在启动应用时显示飞溅型的屏幕。如果m_nShellCommand等于CComandLineInfo::FileNew，则ParseParam把它设置为TRUE。
