Forms authentication requires users to enter their user name and password in the logon form before entering the secure area.

If you want to configure your application for the forms authentication you have two options:

• Configuring Your Application Using the Application Configuration Wizard (recommended for new projects).
• Configuring Your Application Manually (recommended for advanced users and for adding Secure Access to existing projects).
