Click the "New Application" (or "New Application Part") button and fill in application details:
Name - application name.
Description - application description.
Alias - application alias. For application part, the alias consists of application alias and application part alias.
Owner - an assigned owner. This is optional when the ownership is enabled. For more information see the section Management of Owners.
