Here you can edit general user details, such as name, e-mail, etc.
Object ID - ID of the user object. It's a unique identifier and cannot be changed.
User Name - user name. It's used together with password to log the user on. It must be unique.
Full Name - user's full name. It needn't be unique.
Description - user's description - typically the description of employee's position, etc.
Object Alias - user's alias. It can be used for hard-coding names of special users, such as "administrator". Thus it shouldn't be changed later. When creating a new user, the alias is filled with the same value as user name.
Title - title, such as Mr., Mrs., academic title etc.
First Name - first name.
Last Name - last name.
Middle Name - middle name.
E-Mail - e-mail address. It needn't be unique.
Office - office name or room number.
Phone - Office - office phone. This is the same field as the "Phone - Office" field in the Phones section.
Web Page - personal or company Web page.
General Custom Field 1 (integer) - this field is usually used for integration purposes and importing data from external sources, such as Active Directory. Use it to store external ID of the object.
General Custom Field 2 (GUID) - this field is usually used for integration purposes and importing data from external sources, such as Active Directory. Use it to store external ID of the object. The format of the GUID value is DDDDDDDD-DDDD-DDDD-DDDD-DDDDDDDDDDDD where D is a hexadecimal number.
Photo name - name of the file with user's photo. The file should be in BMP, GIF, JPG or PNG format. The photos should be placed in the Photos subfolder of the SecureAccess Web user interface folder.
Owner - an assigned owner. This is optional when the ownership is enabled. For more information see the section Management of Owners.
